Keir would be cautious about seeing about seeing another Titan at first, but Badlr's presence would likely encourage him to at least go find out what Ash wants x3 also long as Ash isn't aggressive toward them, he'd likely be invited along on their adventuring if he'd like. It could turn into a small friendship for now. If he was aggressive, Keir would likely be obliged to protect Baldr with whom he has developed a friendship with as Baldr did persuade him to join up with him. ;)
